TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the terms and conditions.

1. Cancellations

We offer a full refund up until 7 days before your tour is due to commence. Between 7 days - 24 hours before tour commences we offer 50% refund. Inside 24 hours all tours are non refundable.

2. Late Arrival. We reserve the right to shorten your tour accordingly should you arrive late. We reserve the right to make changes to the tour should government policy advise. Guide details will be emailed prior to the tour. If group is delayed on the day please ensure the guide/s are notified. If not notified of a delay guide/s will wait 30 minutes and then leave. 

3. Weather. The tour will take place regardless of weather conditions.

4. Safety. Tour participants are responsible for their own belongings & personal safety at all times.

5. To finalise your booking when filling out booking form, please write your Full Name to say that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
